Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the ViralGet platform operated by ViralGet Limited. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

ViralGet helps you discover and analyze influencers using a curated database. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these terms and your plan.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be authorized to act on behalf of any company you represent.

3. Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in Naira via Paystack and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute the database or its data.
• Do not attempt to breach security, rate limits, or access controls.
• Use creator contact details only for legitimate, lawful outreach and in compliance with applicable marketing and data-protection laws.
• Do not use the service to harass or harm any individual.

5. Data & accuracy

Metrics are estimates compiled from observable data and are provided “as is” for evaluation purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or outcomes of any campaign. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.

6. Intellectual property

The platform, its software and its compiled database are owned by ViralGet Limited. These terms grant access, not ownership.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViralGet is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
