Which social networks does ViralGet support?
Instagram is fully live today, with TikTok next, then Twitter and YouTube. You search and analyse creators across these channels from one place.
How does ViralGet work?
Search our database of vetted Nigerian creators using filters like location, size, gender, category, parental status, brand safety, hashtags, keywords and performance thresholds, then open any profile to see deep analytics — engagement, reach, growth, content mix, media value and more — so you can shortlist the right influencers with confidence.
What plans are available and how do they differ?
Four monthly plans: Basic (₦14,999), Professional (₦29,999), Business (₦64,999) and Advanced (₦199,999). Higher tiers unlock more search filters, more results per search, more monthly profile analyses, more profiling datasets (content, lookalike, media value, brand safety, audience), exports, saved searches, storage, lists and creator comparison. What does the 7-day free trial include?
Everything. Trials on Basic and Professional unlock the full platform — every report tab (influencer, audience, content, media value, brand safety, lookalikes), all search filters, CSV and profile exports, and side-by-side comparison — with your plan's usage limits (5 profile analyses on Basic, 15 on Professional). No card is required to start, and when the trial ends your plan continues with its normal feature set.
How do search filters and 'results per search' work?
Each plan unlocks a set number of filters (4 core on Basic, 7 on Professional, 14 on Business and all of them on Advanced) and caps how many results a single search returns — 10 on Basic, 30 on Professional, 75 on Business and 200 on Advanced. Searches themselves are always unlimited.
What data do I get when I analyse a creator?
Every analysis includes an Overview (size, demographics, engagement, rankings) and Influencer stats (posts, video views, potential reach, likes/comments received). Higher plans add the Content dataset (top posts, content mix, hashtags), Media value & cost (CPM/CPE/CPV), Brand safety, Past brand collaborations and Lookalike creators. Audience insights are rolling out.
How accurate is the data on ViralGet?
Every metric is calculated directly from a creator's real account activity — actual followers, posts, video views, likes and comments — not guesses or made-up estimates. Our database is curated to real, active creators.
How is 'influencer media value' calculated, and is it in Naira?
Media value estimates what it would cost to reach the same audience through paid social ads, shown as a range in Naira (e.g. ₦55.7M–₦122.6M) along with cost-per-impression/engagement/view. Source figures are converted to Naira using a live exchange rate, so the numbers stay current.
How many creators can I analyse each month?
Monthly profile analyses are 5 (Basic), 15 (Professional), 40 (Business) and 100 (Advanced). Hit your limit early? You can buy extra analyses for the current cycle from the Add-ons page.
Can I compare creators side by side?
Yes — creator comparison is available on the Advanced plan. Add up to four creators and view their key datasets — followers, engagement, reach, media value and more — next to each other to pick the best fit for your campaign.
Can I export search results and analysed profiles?
Yes. Export search results to CSV on the Business and Advanced plans, and export an analysed creator profile to PDF on the Advanced plan — handy for sharing shortlists and reports with your team or clients.
Can I save my searches and build shortlists?
Yes. From Professional up you can save searches to re-run later, save creators to your storage, and organise them into named lists (shortlists) for each campaign.
